SMOKE AND SUGAR

Hello! My name is Emily, I am a second generation green witch and Reiki practitioner who grew up understanding the importance of the earth in a ritual setting, whether that be at your altar, in your garden, or in your kitchen. My mother instilled in me the knowledge of the power of plants and herbs as medicine and as ritual. That love of herbs and nature in general grew into a love of the Moon, the tarot, and earth magick. 
My philosophy is rooted in the healing powers of herbs and aromatherapy, and all of my products feature a carefully selected blend of herbs and fragrance oils. With my background as a pastry chef, I approach every product the way I would a new dessert; each fragrance, herb or dried flower is an ingredient, and I am constantly thinking about how those ingredients will work together to create an herbal ritual around a fantastic scent. Then I add healing Reiki energy and intentions to every batch of candles, ritual salts, and tea blends.
Herbs, crystals, flowers - all of these can be combined into a ritual, whether that is cleansing your home or making room for more abundance in your life. And that is what Smoke & Sugar is all about; creating herbal rituals for your self and your space.
